After years spent worrying on what ifs, shoulds, & coulds, the haunting reality of being a mere mortal lit a fire in Maura to follow those "unrealistic" dreams.
Being diagnosed with 'the big c' at 26 wasn't comforting. If anything it led to even more questions. To move forward & keep a steady head, Maura started MHD Creates.
MHD Creates is the store for MHD Creates LLC. Here we sell handmade jewelry from gemstone to clay. As well as originals & prints of watercolor, oil & acrylic paintings, sketches, digital works and photography.
For Maura, art has always been as essential as breathing, if not more so. The notion that it was possible to make money from ones art always felt like a pipe dream.
But you never know if you never try.
